Sometime around April 16 to 17, armed men attacked the premesis of mouka emmanuel at alihame, witnessed by okafor and emmanuel the welder. They showed weapons and said they want me to donate land after already giving 5 feet. When mouka emmanuel brought out a tape to measure the land, the armed men discovered that they were wrong. However the moment they arrived they were agreesive and one of them hit mouka emmanuel on the head, after which his cap fell off. Okafor and emmanuel were witnesses and it was because of their presence that the armed men did not overpower mouka emmanuel who kept insisting that they should take the measurements and if they legitimately concerned about the distance. At some point the armed men threatened to take away the hunting firearm belonging to mouka emmanuel, and also brought out their own firearm and loaded bullets into it in front of okafor and emmanuel. After that day, mouka emmanuel reported having headaches and forgetting things.
